About the Role
Application Support Analyst
My client is looking for an accomplished Application Support Analyst to join a tight knit team of experts within a production team who service a global client and customer base. This business offers Financial Infrastructure as a service, harnessing Software-Defined Networking, Connectivity and a multitude of APIs to create market-leading environments. This high-performant and Low-latent platform help some of the world’s most successful financial institutions, access various markets including Crypto, Futures, FX, Rates, and Credit.
Experience:
- - 5+ years Application Support Analyst experience,
- - Trading / Financial Services background
- - Experience with Linux / Unix
- - FIX knowledge
- - Background with L1 and L2 Support
- - Familiarity with Java Runtime Applications
- - Monitoring and Diagnostics tooling (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
- - ZenDesk Administration exposure, some MS Windows knowledge a plus
If you are the Support Analyst for this role, you will be joining a team of highly qualified analysts, helping maximise the potential for these set of services that underpin the infrastructure so their customers can productionise bespoke software. Paying up to £60,000 plus bonus & benefits.
