About the Role
Contract – Project Delivery Consultant
A client of ours is seeking a DV Cleared ICT Project Planner and Systems Implementation Specialist to work closely with project stakeholders in Defence, to ensure the successful delivery of ICT services. Your expertise will be pivotal in defining, organising, and implementing key project milestones, ensuring that all activities are meticulously planned and executed.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Developed Vetting (DV Clearance) and ability to work onsite 4-5 days p/w in Hampshire
- Demonstrable experience aligning site implementations with business security policies and RMADS, based on SAC advice.
- Strong ability to conduct hardware and software tests, utilising SMEs and external resources as required.
- Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including cabling, equipment, hardware, and software.
- Proven experience in ICT project planning and systems implementation.
- Ability to produce project Commitment Cases and Requests for Financial Authority to spend.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and demonstrable experience challenging suppliers within defence to ensure plans are realistic, achievable, and offer value for money.
- Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g. SbD, JSP604, JSP440) and security policies.
