With a need for someone who can seamlessly integrate existing controls and craft new processes to fortify the organisation's defences, this is a varied and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external information security matters.
- Secure and sustain essential security certifications such as ISO 27001, DORA and SOC2 (maintenance and documentation experience needed).
- CISM, CISA, or equivalent qualifications.
- Guarantee adherence to regulatory, legal, and contractual obligations.
- Spearhead regular security awareness training for staff members whilst offering expert information security counsel to the SLT.
- Oversee internal security scans and coordinate external penetration testing.
- Address risks promptly, facilitate third-party audits and address risk/compliance inquiries.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful information security projects with 5+ years of experience in security compliance or operations.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations, such as GDPR.
- Previous engagement with regulated financial institutions.
Working within the Management team alongside other Technologists, this role will offer a great opportunity to take ownership of key InfoSec projects whilst benefitting from a growth plan made available & facilitated by the senior leadership. Knowledge of FX and/or Trading platforms software would be strongly beneficial, but not mandatory.
