Management Consultant – National Security

Location: London (Hybrid – up to 3 days/week onsite) Clearance: Active eDV required

Do you want to solve complex challenges that make a real difference? We’re looking for Management Consultants to join a high-performing team supporting the UK’s most critical national security missions. You’ll work on projects that drive real change, alongside colleagues who value authenticity, collaboration, and delivering meaningful outcomes.

 

What You’ll Do

Lead workstreams or manage high-value client engagements. Engage with stakeholders at every level, from technical specialists to operational users. Shape requirements from ambiguous briefs and deliver tangible results. Analyse and present data to influence decision-making. Contribute to internal initiatives such as recruitment, marketing, and wellbeing.

 

What We’re Looking For

Experience in National Security (current or within the last 12 months). Management consulting background, ideally with product management, business change, or business analysis (Agile) experience. Authentic, flexible, personable — able to adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable challenging assumptions to ensure maximum value is delivered. Active DV clearance (UK nationals only).
