Proven ability to lead by example and support the upskilling of cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders. Experience working alongside JavaScript, Kotlin, or Java engineers is a plus.

In this role, you will take the lead in developing and optimising our CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, while managing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters across diverse environments including Linux, Windows, and macOS. You’ll play a key role in mentoring and coaching engineering teams, promoting DevOps best practices, and enhancing our overall development workflows. Collaborating closely with infrastructure, development, and business teams, you’ll help drive improvements in system monitoring, incident detection, and resolution. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and implement custom tools or integrate third-party solutions to strengthen our DevOps infrastructure.
